End of Summer Fun

The End of the Summer Party was a great time!
There were lots of games and prizes!

We got the cart that T.A.G. members 'pimped' for a contest years ago out and the battery still worked, so we had music too.

All in all it was wonderful - though folks got into their prizes sooner than expected!

I would like to thank all the folks who made the Teen Summer Program possible - especially the Friends of the Library and all the T.A.G. members who put lots of time and energy into making this years program great!

School is gearing up soon, and we are bidding goodbye to several members who are heading off to College - we will miss them, but wish them well. Once T.A.G. has a chance to take a deep breath and figure out what they want to do next we will be back!

Teens will have chances to win more prizes playing games or in our door prize drawings too! We are hoping to send every teen home with a prize!

Friday night T.A.G. invites all Ketchikan teens to join in watching the movie August Rush and then continuing the 'Sound Waves' theme with some personal percussion!
T.A.G. also invites folks to the final Poetry with Godzilla Workshop - Splash-Tastic!

Join Godzilla in a 'investigation into 'the language of poetry'
Both events will be fortified with delicious snacks provided by the Friends of the Library!

Makin' Waves Movie Night 2 - the Sequel!

T.A.G. is nearing the end of the Teen Summer Program, but we have a few more events before the final party - this one for instance! T.A.G. invites all Ketchikan teens to join us for this excellent movie and a percussion circle!
This event earns two stamps on the TSP card - so come and get some stamps and enjoy the program!
