The Annual Not-Quite Halloween EVENT!

All Ketchikan Area Teens are invited to participate in this annual event!

There will be a trivia contest, a literary scavenger hunt and a tug-of-war to determine the winner - Humans or Vampires!!

May the best team win!

T.A.G. Cleans Up at the Friends Book Sale!

Once again TAG was the Clean Up Crew at the Friends of the Library's Annual Book Sale

Materials were boxed up for easy transport

Everyone helps!

And at the very end the boxes were broken down for recycling!

And two amazing Teen Queen Nerds were chosen!

T.A.G. is having such a great summer!  We hope everyone has enjoyed our June fun and will be ready for the next event coming up July 13th!

Are you ready for the SUMMER?

Ketchikan Public Library's Teen Advisory Group is getting ready for the SUMMER!

We've got our plans laid and are hoping for a great turnout - all summer long!

Kick off is Saturday, June 2nd with Instant Gratification happening from Noon to 5:00 p.m. then our TikiTiki Luau at 6:30.
All Ketchikan area teens are welcome to join in, sign up and win!

Tye-Dye Fun for All

The process was pretty straight-forward and the art was amazing!

T.A.G. is gearing up for summer big time now - so check back soon for news about the 5th Annual Teen Summer Program!

Teens are invited to bring their own t-shirt or use one of our bandanas and create some amazing Tye-dye art
After art we'll be watching a movie and having some munchies
So come spend some time with T.A.G. and mellow out

Are You Ready to RaWR?!?

It is THAT time again!
T.A.G. is - for our FIFTH YEAR - hosting our amazing open mic night in honor of National Poetry Month and National Library Week!
Teens are invited to share their favorite poem, quote, passage or song - it can be original work or from a favorite author or artist.
Doors will open at 6:30 and the RaWRing will begin soon after with beverages & snacks provided by the Friends of the Library.

A Spot o' Tea and a Bit o' Gardening with T.A.G.

T.A.G. was ready for a lovely spot o' tea on Friday night!

Which was good because it seemed to be a lovely night for tea!

It was also a great night for gardening!

And many many gardens were created - each lovelier than the last!
